Returns Policy
At Markson Auto Engines LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. However, in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (about 5 to 10 business days).
Returning an item is easy. Simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. To comply with the policies of the shipping companies we work with, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
